Refund policy

If you aren't completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 business days. Items must be returned in the original condition you received them – unworn, unused, with all tags attached.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email info@ellmontlondon.com and include your order number along with the reason for the return. Our support team will reply with full return instructions.

You'll be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed. It will be credited back to your original payment method.

Need a different size or color? We offer exchanges. The process is the same as a return – email us to get started.

Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? You have 2 hours to cancel your order after placing it.
